Home testing kits

  • Self-taken samples for Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea/Syphilis/HIV  (blood, urine, vaginal/rectal/throat swabs are available depending on sex and sexual risk)
  • The home test kit will be sent to a nominated address in a discrete package or envelope
  • Please post the samples back to us in the pre-paid envelope, and we will text you your results when they are available

Please note that home test kits are only available for Brighton & Hove residents with a BN1, BN2, BN3 or BN41 postcode

Home test kits are NOT recommended if you have any symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection.

If you have any symptoms (including pain with sex; testicular pain; new discharge; abnormal bleeding; pain with peeing) or would like to discuss contraception; drugs; alcohol; or have any other concerns please come and see us…. You can book an appointment online, call us or attend the walk-in and wait service.
Please visit our walk-in service at SHAC Central (Morley street), or make an appointment at SHAC East (Claude Nicol Centre) on 01273 523388.
