C-Card hybrid collection sites
Hybrid collection sites for C-Card can provide free condoms to young people who have either the C-Card app or a paper C-Card. Most hybrid collection sites are closed access for existing service users of that site only, so you cannot go to these services unless you are already linked in with them. Free chlamydia and gonorrhoea self-test kits are also available at these sites.

C-Card hybrid issuing sites
Hybrid sites can issue a paper C-Card to young people who aren’t able to use the C-Card app. They are for existing service users or students of that site only. This means that you cannot go to these services unless you are already linked in with them.

C-Card open collection sites
Information about open C-card sites, their contact details, and where to find them. These sites can be used by anyone who has registered to the Brighton and Hove C-Card app to collect free condoms and lube, and by anyone under the age of 25 who needs a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea test.

C-Card closed collection sites
Closed C-Card sites are for existing service users/students of that site only. You cannot go to these services unless you are already linked in with them. At closed C-Card sites, service users can use their C-Card app to pick up free condoms and free chlamydia/gonorrhoea self-test kits.
