How to cancel your appointment

If you no longer need your appointment or can’t make it, make sure you cancel it. We’ll be able to offer your appointment to someone else who needs it.

Last year, 4,082 people didn’t show up to their appointment. Appointments are limited so by not cancelling, it means that people can’t get an appointment when they need it. Help us to reduce wait times and give more people the choice to see us at a time that suits them.

There are 3 easy ways to cancel your appointment:

SMS

Before your appointment, you will receive an SMS reminder with your appointment data and time. To cancel your appointment, reply CANCEL.

Website

If you booked an appointment online, simply log-in to your account and click ‘appointments’. Your future appointments are listed, find the appointment that you want to cancel and click ‘cancel’.

Phone

If you’re not able to cancel by SMS or through your online account, call us on 01273 523 388. Phone lines are open Mon-Fri 9.30am to 4.15pm, except Wednesdays when lines open at 12.30pm.
