About your Personal Health Record (PHR)
A PHR is a secure online version of some of your clinic health information connected to your sexual health records at Brighton & Hove SHAC. It is completely separate from any other NHS or medical records.
Once registered, you can:
- Manage appointments
- Order STI test kits
- View test results
- Receive secure messages from clinic staff
- Update your contact details
Your PHR helps you manage your care online, but does not replace other ways of accessing services.
How to register for your PHR account
If you are already a patient with Brighton and Hove SHAC:
Important — you may need a registration link
If you have used our service before, you must request a unique invitation link before you can log in. This links your new account to your existing records.
To request a link via email you can complete the PHR request invitation form. Please be aware a member of our team will review your request and filling in the form will not immediately generate a link.
If you are a new patient with Brighton and Hove SHAC:
You can only register for yourself using your own details. To create your account visit the login screen and click register.
What happens next:
- Enter email and mobile number
- Create password
- Verify email (within 24 hours)
- Enter SMS code
- You’ll need to complete your personal details after signing up
