Can I order a test online?
If you are aged under 16, you can still test, but before you do, please call us on 01273 523 388. Our staff are here to help and will discuss your needs on the phone. All calls are confidential.
Confidentiality
If you’re between 13 to 15 years old, you have the same rights to confidentiality as those over 16. This means we won’t share information with your parents or others without your permission, except in cases where there is a concern for your safety or someone else’s.
When we may need to share information
Our priority is to keep you safe. In some situations, we may need to share information if you are under 18 and disclose experiences of abuse or if you are 12 or under and have experienced sexual matters. Additionally, if you or someone else is at risk of harm, we will discuss this with you first and provide all the support you need.
