If you live outside of this area, we won’t be able to send you a home test kit. You may be able to order one from your local service using the links provided here: 

West Sussex
Sexual Health West Sussex – offers free online STI and HIV tests for people aged 16 or over, living in West Sussex. The website has information on all contraceptive, sexual health and HIV care provided across West Sussex. 

East Sussex
SH.UK – currently provides free postal home testing kits for sexually transmitted infections and HIV, free postal condoms for all ages, and free postal emergency hormonal contraception. The online service is available to people aged 16 and over who are residents in East Sussex. The specific services provided are determined by completing an initial online consultation.
