Can I order a test online?
If you’re under 16, you can still get tested – just give us a ring on 01273 523 388 first. We’re here to help and will chat through your needs over the phone. All calls are confidential.
Confidentiality
If you’re between 13 to 15 years old, you have the same rights to confidentiality as anyone 16 or older. This means we won’t share information with your parents or others without your say-so, unless we’re worried about your safety or someone else’s.
When we may need to share information
Your safety comes first.. Sometimes, we might need to share information – for example, if you’re under 18 and mention abuse, or if you’re 12 or younger and have had sexual experiences. If you or someone else is at risk, we’ll talk it through with you first and make sure you get the support you need.
What we offer
