Contraception – Start, Switch or Continue
We offer advice and access to all the different contraception methods. Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) includes some of the most effective methods, and they don’t depend on you remembering to take or use them to be effective. LARC includes the contraceptive implant, injection and intrauterine devices (IUDs, commonly known as coils). Other methods of contraception include pills (combined and progestogen-only), patches, vaginal rings, diaphragms and caps.
